Secret of Gun in a Farm Land

This is a real story that happened in a small village in India which I am sharing now. An old farmer lived in a village where here were no technical advancements and he was also poor. He was hardworking and had a son who was brilliant.

The son helped his father in his farming and did all the labours manually to yield a good harvest of potatoes every year. But unfortunately one day the son had to kill a real bad person in the village and he was arrested by the police.

So when the time of ploughing the farm land for planting fresh potatoes arrived, the father had no source of doing that as earlier all of the ploughing was done by his son in past manually. In distress he wrote a letter to his son who was in prison stating the difficulty he was facing in ploughing and also stated that he cannot carry out farming that year.

He received a reply from his son from the prison where his son was locked up. In the letter, he informed his father that he also felt bad for the situation and also advised his father not to plough the field under any circumstances as he had kept a gun buried secretly in the field.

The father was confused as he knew that his son was not of that type and was pondering what would be the truth behind the contents of the letter.

The very next day, police force entered the village with sufficient manpower and they started digging their farm. Every inch of the farm land was dug and searched for the gun and at last they left bare handed as they could not find the gun.

After a couple of days, the farmer received a letter from his son. The son asked his father in the letter to go ahead with the sowing process as ploughing job is fully completed and he also stated in his letter that being in prison, this is what he could do to help his father for bringing the manpower for ploughing the land.

Whatever be the circumstance or difficulty you are in, if you have the brains and the unwavering thinking capability then you can find a solution to any problem and execute it successfully.

மக்கள் எப்போதும் தம்மைப் பிறருடன் ஒப்பிடுவது வழக்கம். இந்த ஒப்பீடுகளால்தான் அவர்கள் மகழ்ச்சியாகவோ, துக்கமாகவோ இருக்கிறார்கள்.

புகழ் பெற்ற இந்து மகான் ஒருவரை நான் சந்தித்தேன். எனக்கும் அவருக்கும் இடையில் என்ன வேறுபாடு என்பதை அவர் சொன்னார்.
"துக்கப்படுகிறவர்களைப் பார்ப்பதில்தான் மகிழ்ச்சியின் மர்மமே இருக்கிறது.
ஊனமானவனைப் பார்க்கும்போது, நீ ஊனமில்லாமல் இருப்பதற்காக மகிழ்வு தோன்றும்.
கண்ணற்றவனைப் பார்க்கும்போது, நீ அப்படி இல்லை என்பதில் மகிழ்ச்சி பிறக்கும்.
ஏழையைப் பார்த்தால் நாம் ஏழை இல்லை என்பதில் ஆனந்தம் தோன்றும்", என்றார் அவர்.
மேலே உளறாமல் இருக்க, நான் அவரைக் குறுக்கிட்டுத் தடுக்க வேண்டி வந்தது.

"உங்களுக்கு ஒரு சிறிய விஷயம் புரியவில்லை. ஒப்பிட ஆரம்பித்தால் அதற்கு முடிவே இல்லை.
பரிதாபத்திற்குரியவர்களோடு மட்டுமே ஒருவன் தன்னை ஒப்பிட்டுக் கொள்ள மாட்டான்.
தன்னை விட வலிமை படைத்தவனோடும், மதிப்பு மரியாதை கொண்டவனோடும் ஒப்பிட ஆரம்பிப்பான்.
அதனால், துக்கமே உண்டாகும். 

 தனக்கு கீழே உள்ளவர்களை பார்த்து மகிழ்ச்சி அடைதல் என்பது, அவர்களின் துன்பமான நிலமையை கண்டு நாம் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைவது தானே. அது ஒரு கேவலமான மனப்பான்மை. 

நீங்கள் ஆனந்த இரகசியத்தைச் சொல்லவில்லை.
துக்கத்தின் இரகசியத்தையே சொல்கிறீர்கள்!" என்றேன்.

ஆனால், இப்படித்தான் காலம் காலமாக நமக்குச் சொல்லிக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள்,
வெவ்வேறு வார்த்தைகளில். ஆனால், அடிப்படை என்னவோ ஒன்றுதான்.

எல்லா வேத நூல்களும் இதைத்தான் சொல்கின்றன.
மக்கள் துக்கப்படுகிறவர்களைப் பார்த்து நிறைவடைகிறார்கள்.

தாம் அப்படித் துன்பப் படவில்லையே என்று கடவுளுக்கு நன்றி சொல்கிறார்கள்.
இது ஒரு பக்கச் சார்புடையதாகத் தொடர்ந்து இருந்து வரக் கூடாது.
பிறரோடு உங்களை ஒப்பிட ஆரம்பிக்கும்போது
உங்களை விடத் தாழ்ந்தவர்களோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல்,
உயர்ந்தவர்களோடும் ஒப்பிடவே தோன்றும்.
மிஞ்சுவது நீங்காத கவலைதான்.
ஒப்பிடுதலே சரியில்லை.

நீங்கள் நீங்களேதான். வேறு யாரும் அல்ல.
ஒப்பற்றவர் நீங்கள்.
மற்றவரும் அப்படியே.
அதனால்தான், ஒப்பிடாதீர்கள்.
ஒப்பிடுவது உலகத்தோடு உங்களை விலங்கு மாட்டி விடுவது.
அது போட்டி பொறாமைகளை ஏற்படுத்திவிடுகிறது.
அது தனியாக வருவதில்லை.
துணையுடனே வருகிறது.
ஒப்பிடுவதற்கு முடிவே இல்லை.
ஆனால், நீங்கள் முடிந்துவிடுவீர்கள்!

கட்டடம் முடிந்து கிரஹப் பிரவேசத்தன்று எந்தக் கட்டடம் கட்டுவதற்கு முக்கிய காரணமாக இருந்ததோ அந்தச் சவுக்கு மரத்தை யார் கண்ணிலும் படாமல் பின்னால் எங்கயோ மறைத்து வைத்துவிட்டு, வேறெங்கேயோ வளர்ந்த வாழை மரத்தை முன்னால் நட்டு கிரஹகப் பிரவேசம் நடத்தி அனைவரையும் வரவேற்பார்கள்.
அத்தனை பெருமையும் வாழை மரத்துக்குப் போய் விடும்.

இதில் உள்ள உண்மை என்ன தெரியுமா? அந்த வாழை மரம் மூன்று நாள் வாழ்க்கை தான் வாழும். ஆடுமாடுகள் மேயும். குழந்தைகள் பிய்த்தெடுப்பார்கள். பிறகு குப்பை வண்டியிலே போய்ச் சேரும்.
மறைந்து கிடக்கிறதே அந்தச் சவுக்கு மரம் கண்ணீர் விடுவதில்லை. அடுத்த கட்டடம் கட்டுவதற்கு தயார் நிலையில் என்றைக்கும் சிரித்துக் கொண்டேயிருக்கும்.!!!

Success is a term that had eluded almost everyone. It had almost remained a wonder about what quality makes one successful. Success is what everyone aims for and unfortunately success embraces only a selected few leaving others trying to grasp the formula that differentiates success and failure. 2) Goals and achievements:

Setting your goals is the first step in the journey that would lead you to the door steps of the success. Assess what you are capable of and what you could really achieve? The goals you set for yourself should be realistic and achievable. Do not under estimate your capabilities while at the same time understand with complete clarity about what is the limit of your strengths and capabilities. Once your goals are set, do not retreat but pursue with steadfast determination to achieve it.

3) Aim for the top:

Aim always for the top position and do not compromise for anything less. When your quest is for success, then target the top spot and do not compromise for anything less.

4) Opportunities:

Your search for success should get synchronised with opportunities. Opportunities do not always come and knock your doors but you have to go behind and catch them. You should have a limitless thirst for finding new and potential opportunities and pursue them.
5) Lack of opportunities:

If the opportunities are not forthcoming, create one that suits you and reap benefits and success.
6) Food and Sleep:

9) Adjustability:

10) Knowledge:

Knowledge is the basis for power and accumulate as much knowledge as possible. Being informed about anything and everything will give you the power to handle any kind of a situation.

200 பேர்கள் கூடியிருந்த அரங்கத்தில் ஒரு பேச்சாளார் ஒரு 1000 ரூபாய் நோட்டைக் காட்டி ”யாருக்கு இது பிடிக்கும்?” எனக் கேட்டார்.

கூடியிருந்த அனைவரும் தமக்குப் பிடிக்குமென கையைத் தூக்கினர்.
பேச்சாளார் “உங்களில் ஒருவருக்கு இந்த 1000 ரூபாயைத் தருகிறேன். ஆனால், அதற்கு முன்” எனச்சொல்லி அந்த 1000 ரூபாயைக் கசக்கி சுருட்டினார். பிறகு அதை சரி செய்து “இப்போதும் இதன் மீது உங்களுக்கு இன்னும் விருப்பம் இருக்கிறதா?” என்றார்.

அனைவரும் கையைத் தூக்கினர்.
அவர் அந்த ரூபாய் நோட்டை தரையில் போட்டு காலால் நசுக்கி அந்த அழுக்கான நோட்டை காட்டி “இன்னும் இதன் மேல் உங்களுக்கு விருப்பம் இருக்கிறதா? என்றார்.
அனைவரும் இப்போதும் கைகளைத் தூக்கினர்.

அவர் தொடர்ந்தார் “கேவலம் ஒரு 1000 ரூபாய்தாள் பல முறை கசங்கியும், மிதிப்பட்டும், அழுக்கடைந்தும் அதன் மதிப்பை இழக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் மனிதர்களாகிய நாம் அவமானப் படும் போதும், தோல்விகளை சந்திக்கும் போதும் மனமுடைந்து போய் நம்மை நாமே தாழ்த்திக் கொள்கிறோம் . நம்முடைய மதிப்பு என்றைக்கும் குறைவதில்லை. நீங்கள் தனித்துவமானவர்.
இவ்வுலகில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் ஒவ்வொருத் தனித் தன்மை இருக்கும். அதன் மதிப்பு என்றைக்கும் மாறுவதில்லை.
